Ann's Fabulous Closeouts takes great care in accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, the item can be returned for a refund, minus any shipping charges incurred by AFC. Please notify us within 48 business hours of tracked delivery to authorize the return. The item will need to be returned within 10 days and be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop. All security devices must be intact. Items placed on layaway can only be returned for a store credit (minus shipping fees and the 10% restocking fee).
We will let you know when your return arrives. For an outright sale, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price, minus our shipping costs, and the refund will come in the same form as your payment method did. You will be refunded within one business day after your return arrives. Anything that arrives after the 10-day period will be returned to you, if we have not been notified.
For international orders, any refund of customs duties, taxes, or fees of any kind are a matter between you and the officials of your country, as they collected this money. We are willing to help you with supporting documents from our end, should that need arise.
