Inspired by the carved sandstone architecture of the Thar desert palaces of Jaisalmer in the Indian state of Rajasthan, it’s a hand-in-glove fit for Hardy’s esthetic. Made in Bali and featuring a 2-inch by 0.75-inch hallmarked pendant/slide of faceted black onyx with high-polished sterling silver, blackened sterling silver, and 18K yellow-gold accents, it moves freely on a 6-millimeter-wide woven chain. Wear it with the pendant or slide it off and wear the woven chain all on its own. In very good condition with a box, it has tarnish. The sterling-silver clasp is as intricate as the rest of this exotic-looking necklace and can certainly be worn in the front as a focal element when the slide is removed!
