This gorgeous piece has a swirled mother of pearl base with a faceted heart-shaped ruby at the center and blingy edge of white prong-set diamonds with an approximate total carat weight of 0.25. It’s suspended from a diamond-encrusted bail that fits a 3-millimeter (0.12-inch) chain or cord. In very good condition, it is gently worn.
